Jr. High Culinary (Period 5)

The CTE Food Services pathway focuses on the key aspects of the industry.  Students pursuing this pathway are offered in-depth, hands-on experience that emphasizes industry awareness, sanitation, and safe food handling, preparation, measuring, equivalents, standard recipes, basic baking, breakfast foods, lunch entrees, and food traditions.
