Since 1988, the Feather River Outdoor School, located at the UC Berkeley Forestry Camp in Meadow Valley, near Quincy CA, has served Plumas County 6th-grade students. Every year, for 4 days and 3 nights, students are immersed in outdoor education and recreation as they explore the meadows, forests, and creeks that surround them.
